GR86 for the track

I found a listing for a 2022 GR86 with a blown engine, not sure how or why, but the car has less than 10k on it, so someone messed up badly. Anyway, I'm interested in getting it and I'm in a bit of a dilemma. Should I try to rebuild the engine or do a swap? Not sure what most people do commonly these days, but I'm up for the challenge.

A rebuild might be the cleaner path, you'll know exactly what's inside and can upgrade weak points. Swaps are fun but can snowball in cost and complexity fast.

Yeah both rebuilding the engine or doing a swap are options, but a rebuild keeps it original and might be cheaper if you can source parts and do the work yourself. A swap could give you more power or reliability but usually costs more and requires more custom work. So there, now its your take.
